Responsibly as Deputy Director-General for Administration, the Group Leader will have the following functions and responsibilities: 1.Based on the center's plan, it will develop the team's plan, providing monitoring and support for its performance. 2.Organizing the center's central information center, it ties it to development organizations, ensuring its accessibility and security is maintained 3.It supports development organizations to build strong information technology capabilities 4.It studies, deploys, ensures security and manages the needs of the center's IT infrastructure 5.Modern data collection, recipes, distributorship systems make it practical, establishes a system for the creation of a paperless workplace, monitors its functionality, and 6.It builds/builds the center's website, periodically revises, ensures its security, manages it. 7.Information technology equipment will ensure that renovation and maintenance (Service & Maintenance) operations are done so that they can be secure and provide a complete service. 8.It will give the center a system for the use of information communications technology services 9.It enhances the technology use skills of the center's staff. 10.Others perform additional duties provided by the immediate head.
